ILAC - MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation- Mutual Recognition Arrangement) is short for International Laboratory Accreditation. Is the international mutual recognition mark, the test results of this mark can be in the world's 46 economies of 56 laboratory accreditation agencies to be mutual recognition.
The International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperative is an ngo with ILAC secretariat as its permanent body in Australia. Its aim is to eliminate technical barriers to trade and promote international cooperation in international trade by improving the acceptance of test and calibration results issued by accredited laboratories. As of December 12, 2008, 62 laboratory accreditation organizations in 48 economies have signed the ILAC mutual recognition Agreement. The identification certificate with this mark can be mutually recognized internationally, and the identification results can be recognized by the United States, Japan, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and other countries.
China National Laboratory Accreditation Committee (CNAL) on January 31, 2001 and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Organization (ILAC) signed a multilateral Mutual Recognition agreement "ILAC-MRA" (ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement), And in January 2005, ILAC approved the use of "ILAC-MRA" international mutual recognition mark license, which shows that after CNAL accredited testing laboratory issued by the test report using CNAL mark can also use the "ILAC-MRA" mark. CNAL has been merged and changed to CNAS.
