Korea KCC Certification
Certification Introduction
The full name of Korea KCC is Korea Communication Commission. According to Article 33 of South Korea's "Basic Law of Electrical Communication" and Articles 46 and 57 of "Radio Wave Law", a broadcasting communication equipment certification system has been established. The system requires that any production, import or sale of broadcasting communication equipment certification regulations The products specified in Article 3 should obtain KCC certification in advance.
The KCC logo is evolved from the MIC logo. Since the Korea Communications Commission (KCC, Korea Communications Commission) replaced the past Korea Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC, Ministry of Information and Communication), the certification name has been changed accordingly. KCC came into effect on November 11, 2008, and evolved into the KC logo on January 1, 2011.
KCC Certification Mark
KCC targets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of information products, and controls the certification of wireless transmission and communication products, including electrical communication equipment, radio frequency products, and information technology equipment. The KCC mark is a certification mark issued by the Korea Radio Research Agency (RRA).
Certification Classification
According to the category of the product, KCC is mainly divided into the following three types of certification:
1. Conformity Certification: Wireless communication equipment, such as telephones, regulators, fax machines, etc.;
2. Conformity registration: electrical appliances;
3. Interim Certification: Interim Certification: For equipment that has no standard temporarily.
Applicable Product Range
It basically includes all wireless communication products, as well as most electronic and electrical products covered by KC certification.
1. Automatic alarm receiver installed on the ship
2. Automatic alarm telephone device
3. Wireless beacon for emergency location indication
4. Wireless navigation radar and automatic radar tracking equipment for ships
5. Wireless equipment for maritime mobile phones
6. Wireless equipment for satellite mobile communication radio bureau
