CCC Certification Self Declaration
Self-statement Introduction
CCC certification self-statement is the adjustment and supplement of mandatory product certification, is the producer (manufacturer) to confirm that the product meets the requirements of this rule and the applicable standards of mandatory certification, based on the results of conformity assessment issued by the statement. For products subject to the self-declaration evaluation method of compulsory product certification, only the self-declaration evaluation method shall be adopted and no compulsory product certification certificate shall be issued. The enterprise shall complete the self-evaluation according to the Implementation rules of Self-declaration of Compulsory Product Certification, and submit the conformity information of products in the self-declaration Conformity Information Reporting system, and apply the mandatory product certification mark to the products before leaving the factory, selling, importing or using in other business activities. After the product conformity information is submitted successfully, the system generates the "self-statement of product conformity of mandatory certification" as obtaining the mandatory product certification certificate, and the subsequent supervision and management requirements are the same.
Use of CCC Mark
The producer (manufacturer) and authorized representative (where applicable) shall complete the self-evaluation and product conformity information submission in accordance with the requirements of these Rules, and after signing the self-declaration, apply the compulsory product certification mark to the products.
The self-declaration is valid for 10 years, after which the system automatically cancels.

11. Low voltage appliances: circuit breaker (0307)
12. Low-voltage appliances: fuse (0308)
13. Low voltage electrical appliances: low voltage switch (isolator, isolating switch, fuse combination) (0302)
